It depends on the clutch type. If you have a hydraulic clutch stock, it will work out straight. If you have a cable clutch, then you're in for a clutch swap as well. Maybe you'll need to modify the shift levers on the tranny. There is at least one thread about that, so you may do a search when stuck there. Other than that, it should be straight forward.

BTW, what engine do you have?

the tranny will work and it is hydraulic clutch, not cable
but I think you are going to run into a problem when it comes to mounting it up,
firstly the tranny mount will need to be changed and adapted I am assuming that you are putting this in a colt
secondly the splines are different I beleive that they are 25 or 27 or something like that so you might have to change your cups out to accomodate that on the axles
also make sure you use the correct motor plate, other wise your starter will not line up
good luck

put the front diff from a 1g dsm tranny in it, and use all the stock mounts, should work just fine.

oh, and the speed sensor is different, no cable,

if i remember correctly, you can jsut unscrew the speed sensor and screw in the cable.

you might want to ask Jon ripple.

jon@teamrip.com

most of their built tranny's are 2g converted to 1g.
