 Post subject: Fuel trims reset

Had something weird happen this week. Started the car one day and all the trims had reset to 100%. The car did not have power disconect since it had last run. ??????

How are the CAPS inside the ECU case? My ECU was tripping the MPI recently so ..... I know it's not the same thing but it nevers hurts to check unless you know they are solid. Was your car hard cranking when it started up?

Yeah, I was wondering about the ECU as well. Haven't looked at it for a year, but it was okay then. Can't say it cranked any more than usual. Guess I'll just wait and see if it happens again.

I thought the voltage may have dropped below operating levels or the system "hiccuped" strange either way.
