IMO, it's just like with a fuel pump. Never bother buying the 190 lph, just buy the 255 lph, and never have to worry about it from then on. (contrary to what some people say, the whole thing about needing an AFPR with a 255 is bull).
AFAIK, putting in the half-size civic radiator is not the best way to go, it's undersized for the cooling needed (I had to use two of them to cool a 4G63). Might be fine if you only do drag racing though.
Yeah, if you're dealing with a 4G63 this is true. Even on DSM's the sidemount gets easily heat soaked with vigorous driving. I don't totally agree with the fuel pump thing. 190's are fine for alot of cars. An easy way around alot of fuel issues is a fuel pump rewire kit. But if you're gonna be lazy just use the 255. And unless you live in a relatively cold climate, the civic radiator thing should be for drag cars only.
