A recent thread on gvr4.org, Thread Link, brought up memories of Brent Rau James (aka lumpy) who ripped off several board members here a while back. I probably got it the worst as he ripped me on an approx. $2200 transmission.

Does anyone live near:
92 Glady's St. apt B
Camden, NJ

?????????????????????

His number is: 410 251 1138

Was lumpy actually Brent Rau? I swear people on the board had met that guy, but a lot of them aren't regular posters anymore.

Lumpy's real name Was Brent James Rau. Lumpy is black. The Brent Rau with a 2g racecar is white.

edit: Lumpy's real name is Brent Rau James, not Brent James Rau.

Wow what are the chances of having that name :P ?

Anyway I know twokss and possiblevr4 both live in NJ, not sure how far they are from that address though. Or maybe you can get bosco2023 to drive up from Maryland, he's like 7' tall, 300+. If he came to my door saying I owed someone money I would pay up.

I think bosco said he was out in one of the older ripoff threads.

BTW I know Brent Rau James is his real name because when he was working at a Saturn stealership in Maryland I called and harrasses him at work and spoke to his boss and eventually got him fired.

Well that's not gonna help him pay up Lol. Do you have paper proof? Paypal receipt? I'd take him to small claims court. My fathers girl friends son is the NJ state trooper commissioner. If you want him served let me know.

This transaction was about 5 years ago. The only paperwork I have are posts/messages on this board.

Besides, small claims court is a joke. Even if you win and recieve a judgement, there is no way to make the person pay up.

That pic is awesome! I can only imagine the stares that you must have gotten driving that thing around.
