I am going to get a full downpipe and exhaust custom made. All mandrel bent. I have an 89 mirage with 4G63T swap like most of you. I wanted to know if the 3 inch exhaust was going to be to much, take away to much back pressure and have a negative effect on my car?

With a 3" system you should be fine. Most people forget that the less backpressure an exhaust system has on a turbo car the better. It's not needed like on a NA car.
Engine Size
1.0L-1.9L - 2.5" Piping
2.0L-2.5L - 3.0" Piping

3" all the way.
2.5" is good, but 3" is best.
I agree with DSMracer, backpressure is the enemy of a turbo.
