hello, i have some questions for you:
1)does my engine goes better if i put 90 1G Eagle Talon TSi AWD MT ex cam in my 4g67 colt GTi? if yes what are the beniffits of doing this?
and other question:
2)what kind of stuff should I need if I want to go turbo?
is it enought to replace NA ex colector to turbo and bolt on the turbo, make oil in and out pipes to turbo, set up intercooler, instal BOV, set up biger injectors (what size cc/min )?
i just want to go low boost about 6 psi, and i expect low increase in power :)
will my stock ecu can handle this? will 98 gasoline will be enouth to avoid the detonation?
sorry for my english
thanks for answers

Easiest way is to contact coltanostra from Germany as he has done the whole conversion from NA to turbo with a base NA motor to start. 2.0L 4g63T cams may help a little but it will only help with a turbo setup installed, as that is what they were designed to help with. Long story short, stick with NA (naturally aspirated) 4g67/4g63 cams if you do not have the car converted to turbo.

If your turbo the car you will need the following (assuming you have a European spec ECU and knock sensor in the back of the block already):
Fuel pump,
450cc injectors
Add wires to the harness
Change the MAF and MAF connector wiring
Eprom ECU or stock turbo ECU to match your motor size
BOV and all intercooler/air intake related piping - plus the intercooler and TB elbow
Fuel pressure regulator
Change the intake and throttle body, preferably to a turbo model!
Turbocharger with oil in/out, coolant in/out piping, turbo water crossover pipe
Custom exhaust 2.5" or up to 3" with catalytic converter, resonator, and muffler
New 02 sensor
Injector resistor pack and added wiring to install it
and a few more things that don't come tom mind at the moment!

AS you can see it is a long list of things to do, so depending upon your priorities, it can be a long road and the money might be better spent on getting a complete car or parts car with all the right stuff to convert your over to turbo spec. I realise that DSM/CSM cars are not plentiful in Lithuania though.
