This is a 90 harness for a 6 bolt 1G.. I cant seem to find the wires or plugs for the cas or tps sensor.. Does anyone have a picture of where those wires are coming from off the harness? So i can look even more for some cut wires.. I have some cut wires by coolant temp sensor.. I would thought the cas or tps would been off the wire harness close to last injector plug before thermostat. Help?

If your harness still has the plastic piece on it that bolts to the intake manifold those two connectors will be at the end of it.

Why not just use a 90 tb rather than splice things together?

90 vs 91 TPS plugs are defintily different

i currently have a 90 harness in my car w/ a 90 tb. need to swap in this 91 tb soon so i'll be doing some wiring myself.

Thats part of my swap coming up too 91N/T throttlebody on a stock harness. I need to check to see if the wire colors are the same or if I need to find a pinout.

I may swap the CAS because I have a few "black top" ones but, really, is there any benefit other than better/removeable connector?

King, if you just use the 90 parts, you can do the coil pack and have it work the stock tach without wiring in a tach filter. If the wires are already cut, might as well wire in 91 stuff then.

Black top on a 1g 63t is a waste, there might be a tiny faction bit of a better signal but if your greentop is working fine, it won't change anything.

Can anyone confirm... wiring a tps seems direct colors... but wiring a 91-94 CAS plug into a 90 harness.... Is this correct?

Looking at the plug on the 91-94 CAS plug straight on, the pinout is as follows:
.....................................................
1: cam position sensor
2. crank position sensor
3. +12v hot in run and start
4. Sensor ground
.....................................................
The 90 CAS wires:
Red= 12v
Black= Ground
White= Cam signal
Yellow= Crank signal
.....................................................
