Plus, it's not like these cars grow on trees in Aus, Japan, or anywhere else for that matter.
The Cap'n is right! Contrary to what seems like popular belief on these forums, Cyborgs/GSR's etc are rare over here. Its quite a big deal when you see one on the road that you've never seen before. A 4WD hatch turned up at the drags a few weeks back, and all us 4G61NZ guys were surprised because it popped up outta no where and none of us had ever seen it round before. In Aus they're even rarer, I mean hell you could probably take a trip over there, live there for a year, and not see one.

you can also use this $1000 to get a round trip airfare ticket to Aus , Japan, etc. to get the part that you wanted then just bring it with you...
You do realize that airlines charge you money to put stuff on the plane. They're even charging people who want to check a bag these days. I heard a story about some guy that had a bunch of surfboards, they charged him $600 to check them, which was more expensive than his ticket in the first place. Plus, it's not like these cars grow on trees in Aus, Japan, or anywhere else for that matter.
they actually better policies in international flights since they use the bigger 747 planes... they allow bigger baggages/boxes(size averaging 24 x 18 x 24)-- with 70lbs max weight each ---- maximum of 2 baggages per person 1 hand carry, 1 shopping bag (if you bought something from the airport duty free and 1 personal bag... surfboards are too oversized, but the last time I know they charge an extra $150 for it.... Domestic flight are ridiculous when it comes to baggage but I guess because its a lot smaller.... you can call Northwest arilines, philippine airlines Japan airlines, or china airlines to confirm.

if you want a sure shot on the part then just send a message on the email I posted then he'll find the part for you, send you pics-price and you can just arrange to meet with him... by the way... USDM parts is rare for them too so you can easily trade your part... :D

True, the grass is always greener on the other side. I personally love the USDM C53A turbo front bumpers, reckon they look alot more 'muscular' than the JDM ones.

join the forum on this site then tell them that you want to trade your USDM parts with their stock ones... sometimes they're even going to add money to trade with what you have since thats rare for them which you would do likewise.... just ask for the part to be shipped by air, sea or you can just visit them back there and personally bring the part and other cool jdm parts with you

FYI - they also refer to the 3g as lancer singkit
-singkit meaning chinky eyes because of how the headlight is shaped.... try to search lancer singkit in google if you want
