The duration of the 272's dont stretch the powerband out that much further then 264's . Yes the idle seems choppy on boths sets depending if the cams are set straight up or advanced/retarded and you can listen to numerous cars on the web vids and everyone is going to sound different. I do know that the 16g hits quite abit earlier than the turbo that I had. Mine didnt come in on full 23-24 psi untill 4800 rpm or so. But ,,,I dont know....Dont go just by me Ask Tonus and a few others here. I was just giving you my 2 cents.
