Made 299hp on stock fuel system( stock fuel G32B pump and gas lines) fuelab filter, stock fuel rail with FIC 750 controlled by link v3.
In the Spring going with SD and inline fuel pump with electronic boost control.
Quote:
If the fuel pump is like the next gen 3G style, it may have sub 140 LPH capacity. Not sure what a CSM turbo 2G came stock with, but here is the reference for the bigger brother:
http://www.roadraceengineering.com/fuelpumptechtip.htm Most of the way down the page are the fuel flow rates.

This is good news.

It's been so long since anyone posted numbers on stock fuel system, so just wanted to put some info into the mix.
About the only numbers I worried about when I built my setup were the reliability or the fuel pump (Walbro 255HP in the mix now?) and the size of the injectors which under ideal circumstances, could produce 400 HP as a max, with an IDC of 80%; so a safe window or margin of low stress based upon design.

Have you heard what is happening around where Reza tunes cars, as in with the switch back to Ziggy and Paul, that parts setup won't be shared in the same building with the dyno anymore?
I thought I put together that the tuning and parts for RTM were in the same space/warehouse. Did I have that wrong, or what do you think is going to occur?

RTMracing is no longer at dynotune location. Reza is by himself at his shop.
Rtmracing.com is in Stoney Creek, near Hamilton.
Reza gave me a great price on parts for my new build.
Machine shop work was done by Gord Bush here in Etobicoke.
My 3g Colt is currently getting it's motor yanked to be replaced with the new rebuild. New thread will be started.

Congratulations! this looks like a really nice build, with great attention to detail. This is really nice to see, I thought I’d seen the last is the 1st/2nd gen cars, there are so few left. I check this section every once in a while, and there had been very little activity in the last few years. This brings back memories and is inspiring me to start a new project.
