Probably not due to NA and turbo cams having different profiles/overlap/event duration.
Some have experimented with NA cams in turbo motors, but still best to install turbo cams.
The OP could install 1g stock turbo cams, with no problems. I ran them with corresponding 1G MAF, 1G ECU (1990 direct fit, preferred 1991-94 but wires to CAS and TPS need a jumper harness) and 450 injectors, and you could install a Walbro 190 (with suggested AFPR) or 1G stock fuel pump with matching FPR for the ECU type and have lots more power and throttle response. Also highly suggested to install a 1990-94 TB (90 requires no wiring changes), and you could install LiNk V2-3, if you wanted to check tune but always suggested to install a new knock sensor and put in a wideband 02.
