Japan Post shows a max dimension of 150cm length and max girth (around the object, combined) of 300cm total. IIRC. What that might mean is twisting the bumper into a box, cutting it in half, or doing the boat freight in a crate type idea. Then it gets too expensive. Reattaching a bumper into one piece is easier when you work at a body shop. Staple it, and plastic weld it! Wink wink.

Jauce.com uses Paypal and Visa in case anyone is curious about payment to certain sites. The other site I have listed uses Japanese internal banking from what I read.
