The new twist being I DID do a search of the site
. No real clarification being found though. I cannot remember my damn NABR password so I cannot access the forums right now to do a quick check there
.
I am going to be doing the exhaust soon, and am wondering about the downpipe/exhuast issue. I see 600hp cars running the 3" exhaust and I wonder to myself if my lowly 300(crank, hopefully)hp would need such a big exhaust. I do not know what way to go. I have currently the stock 1g dp and flex running into my stock 4G15 cat and piping so anything will be an upgrade for me, but I want the most power I can get this summer. Unfortunately I have to run a cat (stupid roadside emissions checks) so I am doubtful of the 2.5" setup, but is the 3" going to be too loud? Hmmm.
Whatever I run, it will be completely in the stock location, and will include resonator and big muffler as well as the cat. I HATE a droney car. I believe my new GF would too....
.
Anyone have an opinion? Or could someone do a search on NABR for me and post something here? That would be great!
. Thanks!
