Hey members

My names Dan, I live in Auckland in NZ. Joined here to educate myself on my new daily.

I Have just aquired a 1988 lancer gsr, its 4wd turbo..
It is quite standard apart from a 2.5in exhaust, some Eibach springs and alloy wheels. Quite amazed with the handling and fuel economy, turbo is great for cruising in a high gear however for anything else it just runs out of puff way to early. Looking for a nice upgrade.

cheers guys....Will add a pic when I work out how haha

Lots of information here and once upon a time there was a NZ Colt.Lancer.Mirage site, but I believe only the AUS site closest to you guys is still up now:

http://www.gsrcyborgclub.com/

Check out our archives, and you will see how many members from around the world have contributed here.

Oh, and welcome! You are one of the lucky ones to have a 4WD and turbo charged model out of NZ, that still remains.

cheers guys!!

Yeah disappointing the NZ site came to an end, Would be nice to know people in Auckland with experience with my car.

It is very straight, especially for it's age.
Just looking to do turbo(something smaller then TD05 16g) and intercooler ect. And something like sway bars.

I will continue scrolling the forums and see what works haha
