Here's a topic for my red Colt C58.
Built in 1991, German original sale.
I bought it in May 2009.
1800 4G67 engine with 136 horsepower.
Original condition except for the front lip, wheels from the Colt CZ3 and white turn signals from the German Lancer C66.

In winter 2009/2010 the following changes were made:
1G 4G63 engine block 7Bolt
Balance shafts removed
4G67 Cylinder Head incl. the 4G67 camshafts
Cyclone intake manifold
315cc injectors from a Toyota Supra
2G (609) airflow meter
adjusted ECU

Unfortunately the engine damage due to a Small end race bearing (connrod) down for long.

At the moment the original engine is installed again.

Stock seats with black and red leather
Additional displays for oil temperature, oil pressure and fuel / air mixture
installed a original central lock of a Lancer C66

No tune box like SAFC ?
Adjusted ECU ???
Wide band gauge ?

4G67 head with 43 cc chamber increase the CR from the stock 4G63 47 cc head !
Without tune the bloc make a BOOUMM quickly...

No SAFC, Wideband at that time I still had not.
The ECU is an original 4g61 eprom. The 1G software has been played on it and also the injectors and the MAF. Also an Knock sensor is installed, been showed over the original check engine light.
I use a Palm with mmcd to oversee the facts.
A 43 cc head isn't a problem, in German driven very often without problems! (only whitout Turbo!!!)

Why are the injectors so small? Stock 4g61t injectors are 390cc's

Beautiful car, regardless...

Big front brake (thanks to this forum)
But still the original 4G67 engine in it, the 4G63NT engine isn't ready yet.

What do you mean with pump gas?

I consume about 2.5 liters per 100km more with E85.
You can feel a little more power and torque.
In Germany one liter E85 costs about 1,08 Euro. One liter Super 98 cost about 1,60 Euro!!!
