I'm not trying to offend anyone by calling these cars junk, I am pouring money into mine as well. I just don't see a CSM ever being valuable under any condition. There are many things that are rare that are not valuable. Rare means just that, rare, not valuable. Our cars are very similar to an Omni GLHS. Those cars are quick and hell, they even have the Shelby name on them. They have a cult following and they are still basically valueless. A fool may have lots of money and pay more than its worth, there are people that buy toast that looks like Jesus too. It doesn't mean its valuable.

I'd say put it up for auction online with a real high reserve cause I bet you'll be disappointed at what it sells for if you don't. A 22yr old car with zero miles on it is NOT a brand new car. Its a 22yr old car with weathered rubber, etc. Things do break just sitting still if they sit long enough.

I don´t think this car are junk, but i agree with you 11k is just too much.

what could happen tomorrow?, nobody knows, the value of this cars can really go up in the future.

When you see a video like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5UbDC44fME&sns=em and see a colt between, skylines, evos, supras etc, even today this 22 year old cars still awesone, and you don´t see it as a junk car! What i see in the video is a very rare mitsubishi hatchback car, that can beat any car.

As you said with the Omni "They have a cult following", maybe we just star the Cult for the CSM in this forum.

COLT FTW!

Is it just me or does the paint look faded? It may be the pics but that thing look like it has a lot more than 248 miles on it. Sweet find but 11k is nuts.

Edit: I'd pay 4k as an absolute max.

Why does a "premium" model car have steel wheels?

Dan, the OP said the front bumper sat in the sun a lot so it is faded.

Sorry OP, I didn't mean to shit on this. When I read it I thought you were posting as a finder, not the seller.

We went over this. Alloys were an option. Someone didn't want alloys on their "premium" car, I guess...

Soooo, is this a real car that is actually for sale or just a "What If" scenario?... Kinnnnda seems like it should be in the FS section if it is, and also, would be nice if there was a contact number and more pictures.
