Figure since i have nothing better to do i would post of a few recent pics of my DSM.

MODS:
-4g67 cylinder head (8.3:1 compression)
-Balance shaft elimination
-FMIC
-3" turboback mandrel exhuast
-4 bolt rear end
-1gb rear tailights & bumper
-Ported 2G manifold
-Walbro 255HP & K&N
-MBC (mounted inside car) (15-17 psi usually)
-mmcd datlogger on palm pilot
-2G throttle body elbow
-Powerslot rotors w/ hawk pads

its my daily driver and winter car so im trying to keep it stock as possible to keep it reliable as possible. I dont think it will be getting much more done except new suspension bushings maybe mild lowering springs and some new KYB GR2's. Oneday it might even get a new paint job lol! I havn't taken it to the track yet but im guessing it will run mid/high 13's in the 1/4 mile.

Some shots of my 3" mandrel bends exhuast i just welded up not too long ago for my DSM. HELLO BOOST CREEP!! hahah It doesn't look pretty but it works damn good!

Nice! It doesn't have to be pretty; it just has to work well. I want to see shots that show some of the front with some of the back end. I had a 1g forever and had the parts to do the 1gb rear end but never did it. I want to see what I missed out on. I am sure it looks very nice.

It looks good besides the bottom silver trim not matching the all black rear bumper. I want to get all the silver painted black when i have time.

it should be pulling 1.8's.

2.0's are bad launches for a AWD.

Rev it to 5k, and slip the clutch. Soon as you feel it bite dump the clutch, and the boost will
take care of everything else

^ Oh man, I'll never forget when I did that in my car for the first time. I thought it was going to throw me in the back seat. That son of a bitch took off so fast. BTW, mine is the same thing, 90 Tsi AWD (for those that don't know).

yeah hyde, i was doing that on 2 of the launches but it ended up just resulting in wheel spin and wheel hop. My suspension is still stock with 275 000 km's on it.

Im also running tiny 205/45/16 tires right now so they change my gear ratios and make my 1st gear even shorter!!

I think that plays into why i was getting crappy 60's and also why i had a good MPH.

I was crossing the line at like 6200 RPM in 4th gear!
