What paint did you use to paint all your stuff? And what oven temp and time length did you do when you baked the parts? They look good!

Here's a link.
http://www.vhtpaint.com/flameproof.html

I used VHT's FlameProof coating in a rattle can and followed the directions on the can for oven curing. I started with three light coats(each coat dried before applying another) of the SP100 flat grey primer and then I used three light coats of the SP117 flat aluminum. I did not use the clear because I was trying to match the manifold up to my FP intake tube and it came out very close without it. I went exactly by the instructions on the can and used my oven to cure the pieces( my oven only went to 550F). A couple of tips I have would be to warm the cans up in hot water before use so the spray would come out easier and to use very light coats. I did all the parts you see with just one can of primer and one can of flat aluminum and I still have at least half a can in each left. Not sure how much they will be for you but I picked them up at local autozone for about 8 dollars a can.

Good luck with that paint, it will probably burn off even though you took the proper precautions by curing it. I used the same stuff on my exhaust manifold, but in black, and it didn't last too long. I cured it in the oven as well.

update: I've been workin a lot lately and it seems every day I have off its either very cold or raining(dont have the luxury of garage) but I did bare the cold a day or two and got my lsd insert installed, the motor back together and the motor and tranny back in the engine bay with the new poly mounts. All I have left now is to make some mounts for my new radiator set up, put the manifold and turbo onto the car and install the axles. Not sure what to do about my IC pipes as they dont have rolled edges. I do have really good couplers and t bolt clamps, Im hoping they wont pop off, cause I would like to try and get it up to 25lbs. Oh by the way I went with a Honda type radiator, I have not seen anyone run this type yet it is a 3 core rad that is 350mmx385mmx60mm its the same height as any other but a little wider a way thicker!

So its been a couple months now and the cars running awesome, but I have come to a croosroads and kind of in need of some cash. I'm not sure what a good asking amount is and the only weak part of the car is the exterior(paint and few dents) and bad seats. I really would like to convert it to AWD, but that seems better suited for a base model rather than a original turbo GT. I really fell in love with this car since the first day I drove it, even with a raggedy 1.6 and smokin 14b. This is kinda a gauging interest thing, lookin for some advice.

Thanks Joey
