Was that the one from Toronto for sale here recently, and moreover originally sourced/repaired to be driveable by nodents?

Yea, it is. Apparently its been pretty reliable and the previous owner has been using it as a daily.

Just gonna bolt on a few things I have lying around and use it as a DD and hope nothing major breaks.
