About:
I am 53 years old from Airdrie, Alberta Canada. I have been a car nut since I can remember, got it from my father I guess. All my Uncles were/are mechanics, my dad used to own a service station.

I have had so many vehicles, I can not even count. Some of the highlights were:
68 Nova SS 350 LT1, Blower, auto, 69 Firebird 350 LT1 conversion, 69 Mustang MachI, 428 CJ, 4 gear, 68 Corvette roadster, 427/435hp 4 gear, 69 Impala 427 4 gear, 70 GTO Judge 400 ram air IV, auto, 74 AMX 401 4 gear conversion, 72 GMC Longhorn pickup, 402 auto, 2 S10 Blazers 350 conversions, 70 Pinto 302/271hp auto conversion, many Chevelles and Malibus plus lots of imports.

For the past 7 years or so, I have been hooked on Mitsubishi. My son got me started. Since then, I have owned 2 Lasers, a FWD turbo and a Awd turbo, both with the usual mods.

I bought my 1st CSM last year. Well, I sold the 89 Mirage 4G61t and picked up an 89 Colt turbo in Edmonton. The body on this one is a lot better then the Mirage was, just some minor rust spots. The Mirage was very rusty along rockers, sucks up here too much salt in winter.

There is 277K showing on speedo, not sure how many on 4G63. Interior is quite decent, has PS, PB, tilt, P Mirrors

Engine Mods:
4G63 swap, 16G, 510cc, 2G Maf, 2G exhuast manifold, Act 2600 clutch, steel head gasket, ARP rod bolts, Starion FMIC

Suspension Mods:
Not too sure what it has for springs/struts, but it is approx 2" lowered I think.

Misc Mods:
HKS turbo timer, Turbosmart dual stage boost controller, SAFC, 255 Walbro fuel pump, Boost guage, Pyrometer, Odyssey PC680 small foot battery, 2.5" exhaust, no muffler.

Once I get it cleaned up a bit, I will try and post pics.

Thanks Matt, I have been here for a while now, and everyone here has helped so much..great bunch.

We took it out last night for a quick boot and tune after doing eeprom, all I can say is Holy Crap!!! My son says this little CSM will give his Talon a run for the money. He is running a 91 AWD, 20G, FMIC, 660cc, MAFT, 3" exhaust, tons of other stuff. The 2 stage Boost controller is nice, cause he was launching at 10PSI and the hitting the switch to 17PSI when going into 3rd gear. Otherwise, it just spins the tires like mad into 3rd...hehehe

That is a VERY impressive list of cars! :salute:

If I had cars like that i'd find it very difficult to get rid of any of them, haha. Paticularly the 427/435 Vette, just 1 step down from an L-88. Oh, and a 427 Impala and the '70 GTO Judge, which has always been one of my dream cars. Welcome to the board and I think I speak for everyone else when i say "let's get some pics!" :D

Welcome! I'm another middle aged guy who lives cars and etc. I also had a '69 Mustang, but with only a 302, that cobrajet must have been nice! Also, one of my customers in Belleville is restoring an original '69 427 Biscayne.
I got my Turbo Colt in 2002, still with the 4g61t(it won't die) and am having lots of fun with it. Cheers

Yes, if only we had known what the value of those vehicles would have been lol
I'll see how many pics of stuff I can locate..but when that age and so many cars, never thought of taking any pics.

Gas took precidence over pictures! My 1978 Lincoln (Fully forged internals) only got a boatload of pictures because it was sold near this past December. No more possibility of a tow car. 8)

Yes, how true Flying Eagle.
Back then, it was girls, loud music and mary jane that took priority over pictures...and the fact that I don't think I even had a camera...LOL
