yo i just got one of these little cars into my possession for free and i noticed it has a damn light body but a shitty little 1.4 pulling it which i think is a waste. i decided that i want to drop a bigger engine into this car any one know how i'm going to do this? at first i was jsut going to get the exhaust and extractors done but i decided i should at least try bring it up to a 1.6, 1.8? just dont know what engine will fit please let me know

A 4G37 should fit without too much hassle.

ok nm that 4g37 is a 1.8 L SOHC 90-94 eclipse, talon, laser right? and it drops right in?

my friend said theres no such thing as a 'flat' spot for a carb but my mechanic said on my last service that there is one and itll cost me maybe even up to $300 to fix eventually and ill know this when its guzzling fuel down...anyone have any input?
