Daaamn.
I was supposed to join nzmmc a while ago, but jusnt never got around to it, i think i will join and see if anyone has the ChronoEvo rims.
Oh and dsmracer, i have done a little research and all the ChronoEvo rims I have seen are silver and 17". The biggest i wanna go would probably be 16", but my preffered would be 15". So that means that i would have to get them off an EVO somehow....
EVLBRG, how did u get yours?

When I brought the car the guy had them on! Just make a post on NZMMC in the Parts/Accessories section looking for OZ Racing Evo 1-3 rims, they will know what you are looking for and you should probably get a couple of replies.

Hey.. may car isn't a Mirage, and I don't have a 4G61T engine either :P

It's a 1989 Mitsubishi Galant GLX, SC3H NZ-new and assembled model (pretty much JDM spec clone).

It has the 4G37 8 valve SOHC carb motor, with 377,000 on the clock. It's pretty much stock apart from increased compression and VR-4 seats.

These are some old pics http://pages.quicksilver.net.nz/phillip ... alant.html

And these are some recent pics, mainly of the engine (cleaner now) and interior:

Sorry about all the pics :P

Hi everybody. Im currently converting my GLX CA Lancer into an AWD similar to lilevo (lilevo.com). That thing has inspired me.

Unfortunately i cant use an Eclipse/Talon drivetrain like lilevo and am currently trying to mod a Mazda Familia AWD system to fit. Ive been searching for photos showing the factory drivetrain on the Cyborg to help me along. If anyone could send me some hi-res pics of your Borg's AWD underbody drivetrain it would help my conversion a heap!!!!

I reckon respray it silver, but maybe with a pearl through it, I think the colour suits it.

You should bring it to the nightspeeds at Meremere tomorrow and give her a blat down the 1/4 mile :)

Yeh i think you're right silver with a pearl would look good :)

I'm definitely planning on taking her down the 1/4, just wait till i get my xhaust and front mount hooked up, then see what she does, im guessing maybe 15ish at the mo with out any serious mods...

What do you drive snwdvl?

is there any sort of mirage club in nz?

There is a NZ Mirage club, but its mainly for the 1987-1991 Mirages/Lancers. You should come and introduce yourself on the forums anyway, since your car is still a Mirage :) The link to the site is in my sig below, click on the 4G61NZ logo.

Anywho, I drive this -

Lol, its a 1991 Mirage Colt, slooow as at the moment, but racing is addictive so I take it down to Meremere every chance I get. Was doing 18 secs all the time, but i'm all practiced up and running constant 17.7 - 17.8's....WOOHOO    .

I wanna turbo it
