I've come across a developer on ebay that can make new gauge layouts for us. These will not be regular old layouts but will be retrofitted to a blue plasma type of display. You can see this as an example by following this link:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... OTORS:1123

This is an example however, we can decide on exact colors/fonts/etc later. The approximate cost will be $90-100 and I need TEN people to get in on it. These will be custom made for us directly at their factory!

Here's the kicker, I plan on doing the 145/9k gauges only. If you are interested in the 125/8k gauges, we will need 10 more people to support the cost for that set and the layouts from a cluster. For the guys that are 125 and no tach, there is a kit on ebay for you already.

I really want this to be done, even if it means covering the cost myself BUT if I do that, expect a huge markup when I sell them later on. Now is the time to get in on it! We will be looking at a time frame of 3-4 months between gathering people, sending out layouts, developing, creating, getting them.

I'm down for sure. I'm always interested in something different.

2/10 down already.

Don't slack off guys, considering how limited our market is, this is probably the only time you'll be able to get a set.

Addition- Price will actually be LOWER than I mentioned above! As it turns out, they add nearly $20 to cover ebay fees and as we would be buying in one large batch directly, we can get a lower price. :supz:

Another quick update. These will be more than likely look stock, black plates just with a blue glow. By going with blue, they will be SWITCHABLE in color, they can be switched to a green glow that looks like our stock green, great for the people who have other gauges that match the green already.

Also, if you can't reply to this, pm me!!

I would really like to get a set with a red font and turbo written across the speedo and tach in Porsche font. If they can't add personalizations the red text would be my only request.

Oh yeah and a colorized redline would be a nice change too.

I don't like the white(daytime) at all. Would it be possible for it to be black?

I second this notion.

The white is just ricer and doesn't match anything. Put me on the list if black is decided.

I'm pretty sure that they will be stock replacements, black plates with white lettering (with km/h under the mph like stock). The only thing that will really change will be the glow (blue/green switchable). Might add tiny tweaks to the design but nothing major.

Philip+nocturnal, are you two in or...?

I'd be interested if we could do a silver face kinda like the Mirage GS had.

As for backlighting, I'd prefer green/white or OEM GVR4 style amber/green, but if its only available as blue green Ill go for it.

They'll be black plates with the blue/green (switchable between the two) glow.

Put my name on the list for one once you find out they are getting the km/h under the mph. Thanks man.
