Looking for another 89 turbo Colt or Mirage (Had two of these with 4g63's back in the day, loved them!)

I am looking for a clean shell to drop a a really nice motor setup into. Really, I am looking for a clean shell, but if it is running (4G61/4G63) I will still consider it.
I will even consider completed AWD conversions (just as long as I dont have to finish welding up anything, not enough time in my schedule for it).
