I was just spraying base at the moment and yes I should have had it on. I was sure to grab it when the clear went on though. I will say he has some sort of super fans in his booth though, they sound like a jet so they pull the fumes out really well.

Stopping in to preemptively tell you that I hate you for having the best looking car on the board. Factory turbo white-on-white clone with wagon wheels is my favorite look ever. I'm just happy to see it in real life rather than in my head for all these years.

Wow man, not sure what to say. I honestly don't think its the best looking car on here. I can think of quite a few others that I'd trade for in a heartbeat :P . But I do love this little hatch and feel blessed that I was able to get my hands on it. I see these things in very, very crappy condition when I rarely see one on the road or at the junkyard. And to have a pretty decent survivor with such low miles does feel good.

Next on the list is some tint and to do something about the interior. The back panels are all faded and scratched so I'd really like to make the inside match the outside of the car.

How often do you drive it? I want to see some videos of this thing in action!

Pretty much every day here lately taking my daughter to school. I also load my tools and cart in the hatch with the seats folded down and take it to the junkyard.

I'll try to get a video soon. Just imagine driving a stock turbo colt, pretty sure its about the same.

I bet it's way more torquey than a stock turbo car.

I didn't take this one earlier because the sun was behind the car. Plus the bumper has bugs on it but it's suppose to rain for the next three days so I didn't want to wash it. Anyway, here it is.

Looks great!!!!!

The best looking grille with no overspray. You all know what I mean when you see one that is respraying and not taped off.

That's one of the cleanest and best looking CSMs I've ever seen. I love the GT body kit on it with the white on white, it just looks so clean. When I had my 02 Sonata with pearl white paint slammed on white 17s I got alot of complements at the gas station. I have a car that everyone despises now and it makes me grin when they hear that 16g spool up and damn near snap their necks looking to see what it is. Yeah Chris, as always, one of the cleanest and most creative CSMs I've ever seen. Great job bud.

Are those standard NA headlamps? They look different?

Maybe cause mine are junk.

I haven't updated this thread in a while. Still enjoying my peppy little gas sipper. I bought a rebuilt AC compressor off ebay for $94 shipped and installed it and filled the system with 134a so now she has cold AC.
