I'm no help with your starter issue but I have to say that I love those 240 wheels on a Colt! Car looks great :supz:

Thanks man. I am debating if i should paint them black?

As for the starter issue, i have found the problem. Battery was bad. ](*,)
It's always something simple lol. Were you able to get it recharged and started or get it going with another battery?

I wouldn't paint them because if they were black you wouldn't be able to see the holes. Just my $.02

Replace it with a known good battery turned over first time.

I had doubt in painting them. I will just leave them alone. I am going to buy new ones for it eventually.

Break, brake... it's all the same phonetically.

On my first swapped Colt it took me three days to figure out why the starter wouldn't hit, it was a single wire connector just like that one that was hiding. Glad to hear you have the thing turning over!

Im having starting issues. Its turning over, I have fire, I know the ECU is good. Ive tried two good ECU'S, It is in Time. Double check it. Its got GREAT compression. Im getting fuel. A good friend came by to help and he double check everything and he knows its in time. He notice #1 and #2 spark plugs wasn't firing and strong as #3 and #4. Could it be a bad coil pack?

Here is a video.

If you cant see the video, add me as a friend.

Its a 90 4g63t block and head. Im not running a turbo right now. I have a 1990 turbo harness I have N/A injectors, and a 4g63 N/A ECU "Known good".

Well i have solved the problem. Some plugs where cut from my harness.
Got new plugs from the junkyard. Plugged everything up and it starts and runs now! :supz:

I have to wire in my 2G MAS sensor...
I not 100% on swapping from 1G to 2G.

Im using this...http://www.vfaq.com/index-main.html

Not sure if its the same. My 1G MAS plug on has six wires, and the one the website shows has 8 wires.

Here is my 2g MAS, I got the plug off a 94 Expo, and the 2G MAS came from a Mighty Max.

Another update. Im having problems with the clutch. I don't think the clutch is engaging. I believe i might have a bad throw out bearing. I'm going to drop the tranny tomorrow and change with a new one, and go from there. Anybody have any clue why i can not get it into any gears.

I bled the whole system. I dont understand.

is the slave moving all way when you push in the clutch? Did you adjust shift cables or adjust clutch pedal? after market pp/clutch? I have to drop my trans again cause i forgot to shim pivot ball, I have aftermarket pp/clutch, I can shift but I dont have that free play and it engages before released all the way..

I've fix the problems. I replace the throw out bearing, and install 94 Elantra Shift cables "with adjustable turnbuckles" in the car.

I am running stock turbo clutch and Fly wheel. Turbo FWD tranny with CSM Shift leavers welded on.
