Injector resistor pack in the right place and mpi plugged in correctly, switched out the cas, coil pack, and power transistor with known working ones yesterday and still no spark. Ill go ahead and try to switch out the ecu today, My ecu is one that looks to have been rebuilt so i will try and switch it out today with my friends.

Could missing grounds cause a no spark issue?

If the ecu ground Is not connected I'm sure it could make The system act a little funny

Everytime I had a no spark issue it was the ecu. Have had it happen on both of my csms and multiple dsms

It ended up being a few small things that me and my friends all overlooked and over diagnosed everything. I got it starting up tonight, had barely any vac connected so only lived for a few moments at a time. But its a move in the right direction :)

Alright as of right now im running the 1.5 rad and fan with the 4g63t, is this a safe method in keeping the motor cool, or should i invest in a new rad and some slim fans?

I ran around with a 1.5 radiator for a few months and had no problems keeping solid temps in the summer, when i first installed it i didnt put a thermostat in the system thinking it would be better but it started overheating right away. As soon as i dropped a t-stat in there i had no problems. I was running a smic though.

Yeah I am running a sidemount as well, i had to cut up the stock fan pretty good to get it all to fit, The front left corner of the bay is a piping nightmare with the sidemount setup. I'm using a dsm tstat, and going to be install a temp gauge tonight. Hope the 1.5 rad will be able to keep the temps down.

The other option I was playing with was using a sixth gen 4g63 non turbo galant radiator that I got from my buddy, I was able to fit it but i will need a slim fan to be able to run any fan.

IMO the stock 1.5 radiator would do a better job than the civic radiators and a lot of people run those with no issues.
