The Felpro gaskets are serviceable with the use of ARP studs and nuts. Heck... I've seen a 430ish HP car go low 11's with a Felpro and stock head bolts....

The cheap felpro headgaskets do work, but not for a extended period of time at anything higher then stock boost. I have used them twice (both times with ARP's and a good flat head.... The first one made it 8 months of daily driving, and the end one about the same amount of time. I put 18 psi through them with a 14b... Both failed inbetween cyl 2 and 3 and blew the composit material out inbetween the fire rings on the gasket. The car still ran fine, but would push boost/compression into the cooling system anytime I drove aggressively.

if you want a better $30 head gasket, go with the Beck Arnley one. Much more robust composit material like the OEM gaskets.

Congrats on the promotion! Did that manifold spacer work out for you?

Looks like the turbo adapter is what is killing you on the clearance issue then.

Pfft, I didn't even bother reading page 9....

I had an issue with the clearance of the oil return on my PTE6152e and the front engine mount. The solution was to make the giant, bulky front mount a nice thin tube. This removed any vibration dampening the urethane insert may have been offering, but any change was not noticed by me.
