went to pull and save today. picked up 2 eprom ecus out of elantra's the plug is different. these ecu's have hmc part numbers mine has md part numbers.

i forgot that i swap the case on my ecu. mine is 39110-33453, the two i picked up are 39110-33480

The push-lock stuff is just awesome. If you do not need the "bling" of braided stainless then that is the way to go.

im going to be ordering a new water pump and some rod bolts, the water pump is for the g4cn and the rod bolts are goign to be for the 4g63t

map is sending me a new pump, ive been looking at getting some rims, ive been looking at some 17x7's. the messed up thing is that i may need 5lug in the front the 4 in the rear

started working on the elantra today

started with the drive side motor mount, i thought i would have been done in one day, these are much hard to work on than dsm's

mines already swapped lol, i want to turbo it but i need it running better first. also what do you guys do for the water pump gasket, do you use rtv with a gasket or just rtv?

I always use RTV. Just a thin layer is sufficient.

cool, cant wait to get it put back together, im going to be putting my new tensioner on it, mainly cuz the water pump has been pissing on it for about a month. it already has new idler and tensioner pulleys.


also i got a package in the mail for my rx
