Well as alot of you already know my Colt has been disassembled, reassembled, only to be disassembled again. Well, this year I changed it up a little bit. This is only the start. I also have a set of 650cc FIC injectors and a 50 mm? external wastegate. This is the current setup (as of now) until I can get my emissions test done to see if I'm even in the same ballpark as emissions output of the stock 4G15. Note that my Talon passed perfectly...all 0s.
4G63t 6 Bolt
Evo 8 pistons
Evo 3 cams
Cometic HG
ARP head studs
OBX Adjustable cam gears
Ported 2G manifold
"Frank Jr" 19c Turbo (20g wheels and shaft inside a 16g housing basically)
450s (for now)
SMIC (for now)
Full 3" exhaust from turbo to muffler with cat
1g MAF (for now)
AFC
Stock Uncrushed 1G BOV (for now)
Cyclone Dual Runner Intake Manifold
Once I can see if I pass emissions I'll put the 650s on along with the external wastegate and crank the boost to around 20 psi and tune it just to see what it'll do. I just got it all back together after sandblasting and painting alot of parts on it. Let me know what you think so far...BTW, I like constructive critisizm.

Below is a vid that I shot on my cell. The car is currently running right around 9-10 lbs. I can't wait to get the car through emissions and inspection and crank the boost up! I like the spinning in second gear! This wasn't a redline vid but you get the idea...

Good shit! I'm in the middle of my "winter" modding right now due to a blown headgasket last week.

Looks clean man. FYI, a 19c wheel has no similarity whatsoever to a 20g wheel. It's a totally different series of wheel. It's a decent turbo though, should work good enough to spin your tires to 100mph.

The Frank turbos were like the first of the hybrid turbos back in the day. They were all the rage in 1999. The stuff forced performance is doing now is totally different with their custom billet wheels and what-not, but same idea of stuffing a larger compressor wheel into a stock housing so you can still bolt it on the car.

Basically, it's in a B16G housing. The part number on the compressor housing matches a big 16G. I believe it's 49178-50200. But the compressor wheel is totally different. It looks just like a 14b...but larger. I still need to find a sway bar end link for the passenger side and get the little tabs that the brake pads slide on because I only have one for the passenger side. Other than that, she's ready to drive!

Looks good Rob! Can't wait for the summer season myself. I thought you were going to go with a suspension upgrade this summer? I could be mistaken though.

I was hoping to get a set of lowering springs but I'm out of money and nobody is willing to take payments. I have GR2s on it and I'd like a set but I'm tapped out for now...
