So it Has been 3 months....

I have been seriously slacking guys. I have been working like crazy, and any spare time I get, I am either working on friends cars or filming. I am going to start focusing back on the car again now though, finally. I have been buying stuff for the car though :) Good stuff!

I got a Shep Stage 4, SBR Race Front mount, Mishimoto Radiator, Avid racing motor mounts, Paul Volk Chromoly front crossmember, A stock head, full gasket set, STM 4" intake, STM -6an Fuel Feed line, Fuel lab FPR and return line, SS Clutch line, and some other small things. Needless to say I have a majority of the stuff to finish the car. Just need to get the front subframe powder coated, get some outer tie rods, Rotors/pads, front wheel bearings, and injectors.

Here are some pics of the Front mount, radiator, and Shep trans. The rest I need to get pics of.

I also Brought home a Friends wheels to test fit on the rear, I think I am in love. Definately made up my mind on wheels. They look and fit perfect. Wheels are 17x9 +22 Gram lights.

At the moment the head is at the machine shop getting done. I am going to stick with stock ports. Later on I plan on switching to a 2g head so I didnt wanna waste money on porting.

Will update again soon!

Those are some nice looking wheels. And that has to be the sexiest transmission I have ever seen. So fresh and so clean clean.

I did some stuff to the car tonight and I'm VERY EXCITE again!

Finally got my front subframe powdercoated, this has been the hurdle that has been holding me up from making any progress. Got that back today, threw the new control arms, and full energy suspension bushings on that bitch. Got it up under the front end. Fancy picture things.

Got the Front Coilovers semi installed, Only thing left suspension wise is the front wheel bearings/knuckles, which come in tomorrow.

The rear AVID Racing motor mount. These things are BA!

Also got the Fuelab Filter mounted up, just gotta finish making the lines. Pics to come.

Still have to order rotors/pads for all 4 corners, and brake lines. Other then that the suspension is donesky.

Still need to get a cam bearing install kit and install the balance shaft bearings, then finish putting the front case/rest of the bottom end together. Got the head back from the machine shop like 2 weeks ago or so. So thats 100% done.

Set the head on and threw the intake mani/turbo setup on. jusforfun.

Not to be a downer, but hurry up and finish this so it can go in the forsale forum. Thats pretty much how everthing goes here.

Seems as alot of the long term builds here end up in the for sale thread after the builder grows tired of the project or wants to move onto something new. Ive been in the position a few times to buy something, but never quite works out time wise and seem to miss it one way or another... And on another note, I was only 2 beers deep in a 12 pack of Keystone Ice :drinkers:

Okay, back to the thread. :P

And second, how do you expect to drive that car around with no engine in there. And the police will pull you over with no hood or fenders. Trust me, I know!
