Thanks! The calipers were surprisingly close for being 15" wheels, they have about 1/8th inch clearance. The wheel set-up turned out better than expected that's for sure, very happy with them.

Looking good. Wish I could see this in person, from the pictures you don't seem to miss any details.

^Thank you :)

Next project... Side exit exhaust! It's coming along nicely, will be dumping in front of the driver side rear tire, especially nice because the stock exhaust tunnel goes out to the edge there. Also utilized a 2g awd down pipe. All 3" strait pipe for now until I get annoyed.

So your honda radiator what size fan are you running and what water temp are you running on a hot day?

I just ran my car with no heat exchanger so after a few mins my iat where pretty high, but my coolant water temp was 216 F and I would like it lower than that.

12" fan. 180* thermostat. 80% water 20% coolant/water wetter. Hot days on the hiway 196-206 max/ city 186-196. Night time/cool days hiway 193-200 city 176-186. My rad doesn't have much airflow due to it's location so it relys mostly on the fan which is why my highway temps are generally higher. I have my CEL to come on at 206* I don't like to see it go above that and so far it hasn't.

I also may wrap the runner that's closest to the rad. and put some reflective tape on it as well to keep manifold heat away from the side. Ideally I'd like to make a large custom heat shield to cover most of the manifold. I need to reinstall my turbo blanket and have already heat shrouded the alt. wiring. I have considered venting the hood above the manifold too. Like most others my under hood temps are too high for my liking and will be pursuing that issue eventually. One area that I have improved on significantly is the intake location, as scary as it sounds its actually located near the trans sticking out of the bottom of the car slightly, no engine heat what so ever :)

Nocturnal, check out my build. I think I just posted basically what you mean about the air filter. I will need to make some heat shields also sooner or later. I am only running the dual core ebay honda radiator, but mine is placed over a few inches to get more highway flow. My idling temperatures are the issue. I have only a 10in push fan currently, but I hope to free up some space with speed density to put the 12in fan on as a pull fan. I will have 1 10in and 1 9in push fans for the heat exchanger that will be infront of the radiator. I am trying to get my coolant temps down, but they may lower quickly one my intake air temperatures lower. I also thought about a sort of air dam scoop infront that would connect the bottom of my bumper to the bottom radiator support.

or get some of this stuff and never deal with overheating.. or anti freeze or water wetter again..

this is a must watch all the way thru video.. but u can skip to the 1:50 mark where they start talking about the product... its a lil pricey but as in the video it saves u money in the long run plus u can drain and reuse it..

also if u search around u can find it cheaper than 40. amazon has it for 35.

That is good stuff indeed, I am probably going to run it sooner than later and give a review on it.

As for the exhaust all is well and sounds good except I now have a crack in my exhaust manifold, I believe it happened while using anti-lag on the track, 2 step just wasn't building enough boost. Oh well, I'm going to buy a new one and have the current one repaired properly and saved as a back-up.
