Nice work on the harness, but where are the injectors connectors ?
Harness extension ?
They are off to the left, I actually loomed them in two pieces opposed to four. I'm using the Injector dynamics plugs (gray ones on the left).

With the tool it would have been $600ish but I used Wheatley's tool. 8) I think it was $160 for the connector, and around $60 for the loom. I didn't include the heat shrink I used I had it laying around but it would have been like $10-$20.

Update time! I have a few updates, its finally looking like I'm making some progress. I got all the wiring done on the interior, got the staging brake mounted and all the lines ran, carpet back in the car (I took it out years ago), and starting fitting up the console. It looks like a completely different car with carpet and a console, really happy I put them back in.

Image

While I was waiting on some parts to come in I did a little brush work on my intake manifold. I always like building model cars and tried to paint them with a lot of detail so I figured I would try a little on my car. It's not perfect but I'm happy with it.

Image

Also got my GSC cams, AEM cam gears, Kiggly valve springs and retainers installed.

Image

This weekend I got all parts for my motor, installed all the timing parts and dropped the motor in. With my buddy Wheatley's encouragement we tossed on a few parts to see how the everything looked. I'm really happy with the way everything looks and fits up. Big thanks to Wheatley helping me get my motor back together and the motor in.

Looks like it's going to be down to the wire for me to get it done for shootout!

As of right now the engine bay is 95% complete, just need to make a downpipe. I'm waiting on my wideband to get here and I should be ready to fire the car, then just put the interior back together. For now I'm going to have a buddy put a drive ability tune on the car for shootout, so no flooring it.

Mostly finished engine bay, lacking money and time I didn't get around to get my catch can set up done so I threw on an extra Hyundai valve cover I had laying around.

And I picked up this 2 1/2 to 3" v-band adapter.

Thanks sir! It has it's flaws, seems like I am always wanting to change something to clean it up. Your bay looks really good, just needs a wire tuck!

Where is the dang like button????? :x

Oh wait this isn't facebook. lol
I just got my car on 4 wheels and driving around the block. It is a mess under the hood. There are a few things that I am like where the heck did he stick ...... Or how did he run...... you get my point.
Wire tuck? What wires you don't have any lol

What is on your passenger side fender? I have something like that I got with a box of parts and I can only tell it has something to do with the clutch hydraulic system.

So I bought one from this guy who was trying to do the DSM GO BIG DREAM. You know the guy that talks about 800hp all day for 5 years. Well, he bought a v8 and sold his 2g. He had a box of stuff he would sell me for $40. It has a -6an aeromotive fuel pressure regulator with fittings and gauge, 1g Mitsu timing built, mitsu timing tensioner, and some other goodies all new. I had no idea what the "launch aid" was. How does it work? I will try to find mine this weekend and post pictures.
