It does. KM206 is the 4speed I think or the 4g15 5speed.

I was looking at my .pdf file when I wrote that because I couldn't remember which tranny it was. I quoted the wrong one but it was the 5 Speed mated to a 1.6L (the dealer manual with Turbo addition, does not specify Turbo for either transmission mated to a 1.6L engine. The other KM201 tranny is a 5 speed mated to a 4g15, I should know I had one in the last car.

You are right about the springs Dom, they are H&R's DSMColt just emailed me about that. :axe:

Was there a difference between the KM210 in the Turbo and the DSM variant or were they the same bellhousing size? I seem to remember two sizes mentioned for the flywheels? I have to stop posting late night! 8)

The dsm and colt bellhousing's are the same.
If you want to run the KM201, you need a 4g37 flywheel combo.

New part to install for this spring. Shocks are due at the front, otherwise more boost and more power = nothing useful !

Courtesy of Mitsu ala Starion

We'll see how this fits up where the stock US GVR4 base factory intercooler is currently situated. I have lots of extra rubber piping around to try and experiment with, so this will hopefully be a good budget upgrade to a decent level of air cooling. Heat soak at anything other than cruise speeds = bad.

You'll notice the one end pipe was modified and is actually bent in at the base. I may have to visit an aluminum welder to clean this up, and make it more feasible for low pipes out the bottom.

She still needs a little TLC, but she is in better shape than most good examples I've seen.

As for the intercooler, I figure if it is good to a 300 HP level, I have another 100+ HP of headroom to work with. *Drags toe in sand*
Boost was at 10 PSI with boost leak when the car was dyno'ed, time for new TB seals, then it can be made to hold 15 psi safely, which is where my chip is set fo make use of.

It measures ~ 11-12 inches across, left outer to right outer. I can't get my measure tape in far enough in my pyjamas in the cold garage to measure the depth! Suffice it to say that the design and size make it only ideal for a stealth intercooler approach and lower boost levels with mostly cruise type driving if temps are high. It will heat soak in no time once you slow down and end up in stop and go traffic or sooner if temps are blistering hot. You just have to live with brutal turbo/engine response following those symptoms. :-? Thus my reasons for wanting to add to the security of my engine. Not the shiniest, biggest or best piece available but it was already tested and cleaned by a rad shop for the previous owner!

Here's the picture of what a USDM GVR4 Intercooler looks like:
