Anyone have a link to rallyguy's crash vid? I think I have one on my other hard drive I can figure out how to post if no one knows. I figure'd it'd be relevant, as this car was unique in the CSM community and I can't wait to see what is done to it. For crying out loud, Chris' wreck was ages ago so this car has been on a very long hiatus from the forum!

I decided a long time ago that having a ridiculous street car is just that, ridiculous.
I agree, Although it ids fun to have a crazy car, these gas prices arent getting any lower, couple that with cost of clutch replacements, Tire replacements and Bam you have a very expensive street car. Im going to keep my Hyundia build mild to keep my wallet happy! Just go craszy on it man!

This... and having any kind of car that deviates too far from stock appearance is just begging for police attention and we all know that with attention comes, tickets and fines. Not to mention paying a couple hundred bucks every other year to "bypass" SMOG inspection.

Patience buddy, they will come. I barely had time to snap this one because I had to return a buddy's borrowed truck and hoist that I used to pick everything up. I was just trying to pick one picture to get the point across :)

Sorry bro, I just bought the drivetrain. The rest of the car was wadded and has been long gone for awhile.

New suspension is here, just a tease. Brand new JIC Magic FLT-A2's for an Evo 8. The spring rates are going to be slightly off but not by much so I may run them as is for the time being. I just have to mod the strut tower for the 3-stud camber plates.

It will be interesting to see what kind of fab work you put into this car, because from the looks of it, there will be a LOT of it needed.

By the end of the project it really will be more Evo than Colt!

The fab won't be too bad Tony. The worst is going to be the rear suspension but even that isn't too much more involved than a normal AWD swap. The good news is that I am in no rush!

How do you plan to use the EVO engine and trans in that chassis?
