I just got a jumptronics o2 meter. I got a 13.63v(+/-). what is the optimun reading 12.4 or so. this is in my drive way. not driving anywhere today. it seems to start acting up when boost starts comming on. around 5lbs. the car is still running bad.
next list of thing to do.

Umm.... 13.63v? 12.4v? That's yer battery voltage reading, doofus.

Once ya swap that meter over to read the o2 instead, at WOT ya should be seeing anywhere from .92-.96v, kinda depends on the car.

If I remember o2 sensor readings, 0v is lean, and 1v is rich (relatively). Where the sensor is really meant to work is right around .5v, for the best (14:1?) air/fuel ratio. So when your cruising steady throttle (and maybe at idle w/ engine warmed up?) it'll fluctuate right around .5v as the computer tweaks the fuel injector pulsewidth to get the best fuel ratio.

Usually the computer will stop lookin at the o2 sensor readings past a specified throttle position (70%?). That's when you're lookin at the readings in the mid .9s for voltage. From what I've gathered from the SoCal DSM list and the #dsm irc channel, it should be around .95v, but o2 sensors and cars vary, and so will the 'proper' voltage for full throttle pulls.
