so many factors determine I/C size.
depends on your turbo, exhaust, maf, piping size. Consult a shop like buscher or spearco, tell them your set-up and they'll give you advice on size.

I have to agree, just depends on what size turbo you are running. For the most part a Starion/Conquest front mount intercooler will cover you up to a 20G. Once you get to the 20G you will problably want to upgrade the intercooler. For the most part the Starion/Conquest intercooler will waork well with the stock turbos also.

go custom

www.speedpartsrus.com

bar and plate front mount(what we ordered)
20x6x3.5 inches with "dsm style" end tanks(one points back the other direction, both point same way) 350 to the door, you can go taller and wider, like 25inches by 9 inches tall.

craftsmanship is excelent, and beautiful, its still not on the car yet, but soon it'll be.
they also sell mandrel bends, stell, stainless and aluminum.

Well all I can say is spend your money as you see fit. Personally a Starion intercooler from the local junkyard is $55.00. When I did use a Starion I had new enterance and exit pipe put on 2 1/4 inch, total cost was $75.00 for that modification. So for $130.00 I had a front mount that worked on my Mirage.
