Hey guys, I have a connector that has nowhere to go. It is under the dash near the fuse block, and all of my internal wiring harnesses are from a 1.6T car. I looked at the car I took the harness out of, but I didn't see where it could have gone. It is a black 2-row 20 pin connector, and about 2-1/2" x 1/2" dimensionally. And I know that it does not go into the back of the fuse block. Since I cannot post a pic here, if you think you can help me...email me and I will email you back the .jpg picture so that you can see what I'm talking about. Sorry for the complexity, and thanks for the help,
Stuart

You should not have touched any wiring harness or connector anywhere near the fuse box. The only ones you should have had any contact with are the yellow ECU plugs, the MPI relay white plug and any misc grey foam covered plugs on the passenger side.

I replaced the entire internal wiring system from a 1.6T colt so that I could add a rear wiper...so the entire wiring system inside of the car is from a 1.6T. None of the original 1.5 harness is inside the car. Duh...if I would have logged in, I would have been able to upload a picture...stupid me...here's the picture...
As you can see...on the lower left is one of the yellow connectors from the fuse block, and you are looking at the clutch and brake pedals on the right. Any ideas?

That would be the cruise control unit harness which your 1.5L did not come with.

Damn Jason, you're good. When I get ready to build a turbo car out of a non turbo, I am flying you out.
