I wanted to do a swap in my '89 galant for a while now. It currently has a 4g63 sohc engine, which is pretty low on power for me. I've been thinking about swapping in a 4g63t or a n/a DOHC, but recently the prices are rocketed of those around me. I've found a 4g61t engine on ebay with fairly low mileage, for a good price. I'd like to know if it's a viable swap, and would it be easy to do so. One more thing, the engine is for an awd car, and mine's fwd. Thanks guys!
