Hello guys I am having a bellhousing made and I am almost 100% positive, but dont want to make a mistake. The bellhousing will be for a 4g61t to run it rear wheel drive. Will the bolt pattern on the blocks 4g61t and 4g63t be the same, I am almost sure they are but the bellhousing maker wants me to be sure, especially going, lets say reverse to what everybody else is doing. Will there be anything specific to the 61 that will make it different from being a bolt on from a 6 bolt 63. Thanks arrowhead |

Its the same. Unless you have a personal connection on having something made, I'd use Bill Hitcher, he does awesome work. http://www.billsautofab.com/ |

Thank you Nate Bill is the man. So there are no extra holes or dowel pins that would make a difference.? |

Shouldn't be. I mean the 63 bolts right up to the 61 trans. That's my thoughts behind it. I have one of Bills housings for a t-56. Can't wait to use it! |

Thanks nate T 56 is what I would go with if I did not have 2 muncies and a T10,. What is going to be your combo. I am going with the 61 and leaving it N/A, I have another 61 which will be turbo, and then be able to run another class, this will be going into a 98 Talon. Mandy |

I've got an old Magnus 2.3 with a FFWD street dominator 2g head. Plans are to mate it to a t56 and install in a first gen colt... one day... |
