What compressor and compressor bracket/tensioner setup do you have?

I think I listed the belt I might have used in my build thread, but it has been years since I looked at it.

IF you have a 4g61t setup which can include using the identical tensioner/pulley from the Galant models, means you could use a belt listed for either of those cars.

Get the length from the Mitsubishi online parts programs, and duplicate with the aftermarket, heck the aftermarket listing will probably have the belt length listed in the name of the belt/product number.

I want to say there were not many sizes to choose from between the 4g61t, 4g63t DSM 1g and 2g, and the GVR4/Galant NA.

Try Gates.com, they have two options for AC belts, one normal service and the other High RPM rated ... which is relevant in that it cuts out at 5200ish RPM anyways, but if you flog it with the AC on or take the system higher in the band, repeatedly, then it could be for you.

I am running these belts currently.

Here is the RPM model, just delete the RPM in the product number and you have the basic belt. Dimensions are included in the product number, and the first digit is probably the number of grooves, IE 4.

I bought them off Amazon I believe, as stock dwindled down. Hard to say where they will turn up, but they are out there.

Hello,

I'm new, my friend has Mirage (4g61T) from Mystek. Belt for Alternator and Water Pump is MD186124 4pk980. But who can tell me what is OEM number for A/C belt ? Unfortunately ASA doesn't say what should be there.
For now I cannot check what compressor and compressor bracket/tensioner setup I have.

Thank you in advance for help.

This is the part number for the oem belt for the 1.6 mirages, it also lists that it works on "89-"93 Galants.
