Ok I have a 4g63t cyclone swap into my 95 elantra. I was driving one day and the car backfired the started running like car, I got it home by unplugging the maf. The car runs good with maf off but once I plug it in the car runs like crap and rich plus will not rev over 1100 unless I kinda cover the maf with my hand. When I do that the car will rev fine but I look over and my couplers arnt swelling from boost. Does anyone know what's going on?

You probably have a huge boost leak. Check all your hose connections.
