I have a 95 elantra I did a 6 bolt 4g63t cyclone swap with a 2g 609 maf on it had to to some harness work but got it running but the car is running rich at idle and when driving.

I'll post the same reply I did the first time you asked about this

I think we'll need a little more information. What size injectors? Which ECU? Do you have a wideband or any other way to monitor the 02 sensor? By 609 MAF, I'm assuming you mean a 2g MAF, which would lean things out instead of make it run too rich, depending on which combination of injector and ECU you're running.

its not the cyclone. nor is it the 2g maf. the maf would make in lean if you are on 450cc injectors. my guess is bad water temp sensor so its stuck on cold start reading, or possibly bad 02 sensor. havent seen an 02 cause dead rich though.
