By cyclone motor, do you mean that it has a dual runner intake manifold?
Should be a vaccum diaphragm on the drivers side of the head and canister on the intake manifold brace at the back of the motor.

Yea the red top with the dual runners. I can do the vacuums it's just the wiring harness I can't seem to find a way or find someone that's done the same swap that can walk me threw the harness wiring.

1992-1995 Elantra wiring manual: Not sure if the 1995 had different connectors or not, you can only tell by the connectors for sure. they have to match the 1G DSM to mate properly harness to harness, for ease of swapping.

Connectors must look like these in the picture below:

Based upon your build date of April 1994, that makes it 4th month of April, meaning pre-94.5. We need to see a pic of your harness connectors in the car. See pics I listed for reference.

I think I need tinge second gen harness cause the fuse part that its on the battery terminal is separate from the engine harness. The 1st gen engine harness has it on the engine harness

I used a 1g harness on my colt and did away with that 3 block fuse. I just took the one wire I needed and ran it to the stock csm fuse box and used the fuse that came in the car. Want to say it was the red wire. I removed the others since they weren't needed.

1990 ECU wiring schematic very clean diagram.

Click

1990 Technical manual should it come to it:

Click Me

1991-1994 ECU wiring schematic, also very clean, err factory styled.

Click

2 versions of pinouts for 2G stuff, shows lots of ECU/full schematic for later 2G:

Thread here, click me

I googled 1990 DSM schematic, or 2G DSM schematic and these all came up pretty readily if you are looking for more stuff to work with.
