It will sit flush with the deck height as long as use the the 61 crank. I have seen it done before, a build like this will end up being a 1.7 L

why not try running the 61 crank in the 63 block. make one rev happy monster s what if you turbo only spools at 6k you'll still have another 6k to go :twocents: . :twisted:
