Yes, I built the exact motor you are asking about. I put 100 break in miles, and 15 rally stage miles on it and now it sits in my garage. PM me if you want to buy it. Here are the specs I remember, Build cost was around $6k if you are trying to duplicate.

1G turbo block with oil squirters
1G big rods
balance shaft removed
11:1 compression
1mm oversized valves
heavy porting on head
webcams
ARP build kit (all bolts in studs)
some big plug wires
header with EGT
Ran a custom fluidyne to keep it cool
Ran on an AEM standalone EMS

Trans was a turbo FWD with a quaffe and idle shaft on driver side.

With a mild tune it was measuring 160 at the wheels.

I was hoping you would chime in! $6k seems pretty steep for only 160hp. I was afraid of that. Maybe I'll do a stock 63t swap. I'm just curious how much wheel spin you guys have? I like to drive my car at the limit. Of course I would be running an lsd and good tires. I really do like the idea of an N/A build, I just don't like the amount of money it would cost to do it. Plus any other money that is left over is going towards body work and paint.

It would be pretty fun to get that engine, throw a turbo on it, tune it on E85, and make stupid power!

If I just may throw another idea in here:

4g64 block and a 4g67 head (43cc head vol) with 4g67 cams. This is the head of the european 1.8L GTi with 136hp and 1,8L disp. A guy here is running this for slalom and cross in an 4x4 lancer c77 on E85 ^^
The cams are rare but worth it, all the N/A guys here try to get their hands on them. Cause here in EU there never was a 4g63T

Or with long rods and high comp pistons but compression in the upper case is quite nice already ;)

My build is by NO WAY the cheapest way to make power!!! That motor was built for a race class that had a 2.0L N/A limit. That build at $6k got me to the same power as a bone stock 63T. It is pretty much the reason that the motor still sits in my garage. No one really wants an expensive motor that make the same power a stock car makes.

I have been looking for a 2G DSM shell to put that motor with a turbo into. I would probably drop the compression to 9.5 and put a reasonable turbo on it. I would expect it spool fast and have little lag.
