Little progress for a long time but I have it running quite well. Decided to change the MAF and threw the 399 and the knock sensor of the Evo in
The knock sensor since I read that the CSM one has an internal filter and therefor would send a too weak signal to ECU to be processed in a proper manner.
I figured out that increasing the Cranking Primer Initial Pulse makes the engine firing up quite well - since our cars have no FuelPressureSelenoid (FPS) it makes sense. The FPS prevents the vacuum of the inlet to reach the FPR and reduce fuel pressure. The CSM therefor has a lower fuelpressure when cranking ~2,7bars (expecting idle fuel pressure) compared to evo 3,3 bar (?). Will try to change IPW comp starting and if the effect might be better but currently car is alway starting even @ -5 °C
I am using the 96532706 v7 rom. Injectors down to 215 and the car was already running quite well. For safety (and cause I am afraid) I pulled 2° of timing over High and Low Ign Map. After EGR FuePressure and Wastegate Selenoid CELs (deactivated in the periphery bits) I only had the CEL "Coolant temp for Closed Loop not reached" - which is a side effect of disabling the rear O2 in FAA bit1. Switched it back to "1", have the rear O2 heater disabled and the O2 signal emulated and voilá - CEL P0125 is gone.
The only thing left till now is the CEL for P0622 - Alternator F-Terminal Circuit. For that unfotunately I haven't found a solution yet -.-
Didn't try a 9417 ROM since I would like to stay with the 9653 LiveMap version. If anybody has figured out or just might have a clue on how to disable the CEL for the P0622 I'd be glad to gain that precious information
