I noticed on my mirage The anti lag launch control started acting up. It used to hold the rpm to 4500 and build around 10 lbs of boost. But then it started reving past 4500 like there was no rev limiter. Then the other day it started cutting out under boost and the check engine light would come on. It felt like fuel cut But I know it wasn't because I'm running a 2 g mas and dsm link. Ok now to the worst part. I went to fill it up with e85 yesterday and it ran fine except above 10 psi so I was just cruising. I filled up and was leaving the gas station and it just died. I pushed it around the corner and tried a couple more times and it fired up and I made it home. I go out to start it today and It cranks and cranks but doesn't fire up. I hooked my cable and laptop up to try and figure it out and ecmlink wont connect any more. I put the old known good ecu in and it still wouldn't start. All my fuses are good and the check engine light dosnt come on when you turn the key on any more. This tells me the ecu isnt seeing power any more. What should I check first? Thanks in advance for the help Guys :D

Sounds like your main relay has crapped out, the click you used to hear a few seconds after you turn off the key is probly not there anymore

I believe its the mpi relay because the ecu or fuel pump is not getting power and the fuel pump is a brand new walbro 255hp hotwired. Will an autozone relay work or do i need a genuine mitsu relay?

I replaced the mpi relay and that didnt help So I deciced to mess with the grounds. I wiggles the one on the fire wall and it started up. So I figured I would clean all the grounds, so I did now it wont start again no power to the ecu again. This car is pissing me off!

Have you tested voltage at the ecu? Have you checked the battery leads for any signs of corosion? I had a bad ground that did that to me caused a no start issue. Also a bad maf will cause a no start issue...

I have not tested power at the ecu yet. I am assuming because the check engine light does not come on and dsmlink will not connect any more that the ecu is no seeing power. Could a bad mas or adapter plug cause no power to the ecu?
