hello guys

i have a problem and its driving me crazy

i reinstalled my 4g63t to my c-10 , after basic tuning( idle, timming,ect,ect,) the engine has this problem!!! : the engine acelearte normal and operate normal in idle or not running, but when i run the car after 2k rpm the eng start to fail , it accelarete slow, way slow like something is bloking the airflow, and not putting any boost and it wont advance , feels like iam towing a truck, but the fault is intermittent,

the waste gate is not the problem because it opens when i accelarate the car while the car is not running
i inspected the turbo and it has a little shaft play,( should i worry about this?). inspected the intake syst and cant find any leak or suction after the flowmeter, egr its blocked and all the vaccum ports at the trhottle body are blocked.

something in particular that catch my attetion about all this is that some times not all the times when i accelerate to 4 to 5k this wierd sound come ( like something sharp scrathing ) from the flow meter(((( hummmm,turbo compressor wheels?)))
