my buddy jerry, for people that know him as lancerman(yellow 10 sec street mirage), he has a motor sitting aside that i bought from him. It's a 4g93t that came out of a lancer gsr 1992. i got a great deal on it, and there is no oil stain in the head, the motor has very low low miles.

the swap is going into a 91 dodge colt, base model, has all the mounts for a 4g63t and wiring/ecu, everything is covered.

i was curious, anyone have any information about a swap like this?(4g93t)
-7 bolt crank? crank walk?
-any special performance sites for these gsr motors?

i know its very similar to a 1g/wiring, i had the talk with jerry. but anyone have any info like what injectors it has etc. or if anyone has done a turbo 4g93 DOHC swap? i looked it up on google, and found everything in a different language or weird characters.

i figure it will be a very unique car when i'm done with it. or so i think. ill document it as a swap in a thread and post it in a few weeks, after i get the talon running strong.

It wil wire in about the same. You might want to check on the fron and rear motor mounts. 93ts bolt in same as a 2g dsm so there mounts are on the trans, not the block.

jerry was very quick and confident to say that its a direct drop in like a 4g63. i highly doubt jerry was wrong lol.

i would like to know if anyone has any info about these motors or anyone who has a set up like this?
